If you observe behaviour within our supply chain that contradicts the principles described in the Supplier Code of Conduct – such as human rights violations or environmental risks – we encourage you to report your observations to us.
Our CSR reporting hotline is managed by an external, independent ombudsperson from the law firm “Ehlers Legal.” You can contact them via the telephone number or email address provided – either anonymously or by providing your identity. Since we greatly value open dialogue, we encourage you to include your name and contact details. This will help us process your report as thoroughly as possible.
