Type and purpose of processing

We process your data if you have sent it to us in connection with an application. In this case, the processing takes place for the purpose of making a decision on the establishment of an employment relationship with us and, in general, for carrying out an application process.

 

Legal basis

The legal basis is § 26 Abs. 1 i.V.m. Abs. 8 BDSG new version.

 

Storage duration

If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after notification of the rejection decision. Unless other legitimate interests oppose this. Other legitimate interests can be, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the german General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). If your application is successful, we will transfer your application documents to your personnel file.

 

Recipient

Your application data will be viewed by our human resources department. Appropriate applications are forwarded internally to the person responsible for the respective vacant position. Basically, only those people have access to your personal data who need it for the proper running of our application process.

 

Third country transfer

A transmission to third parties or to third countries does not take place.

 

Provision prescribed or required

The provision of the personal data is necessary for the lawful implementation of the selection process. If your application does not contain all the personal data necessary for the decision, we may not be able to consider it.
