Retention Period
Access to the guest Wi-Fi is terminated 8 hours after the validity of the Wi-Fi voucher expires. The associated log files are deleted after 24 hours.
Categories of Recipients
For the processing of our business operations, we may transfer personal data to third parties (e.g. IT service providers, cloud service providers, hosting providers, etc.) acting as our processors under instructions. In such cases, all third parties are contractually obligated to treat the personal data confidentially.
Rights of Data Subjects
You may exercise the following data protection rights at any time:
- Right to obtain information from the above-mentioned Controller regarding your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to the processing of your personal data (Arts. 16–21 GDPR).
- If you have given us your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The provision of personal data within this context is voluntary and is neither legally nor contractually required.
If personal data is not provided, the use of our guest Wi-Fi is unfortunately not possible.

Within the scope of this processing activity, no automated decision-making, including profiling pursuant to Art. 22 (1) and (4) GDPR, takes place.
